2. Use of the Service

• Users must be at least 18 years old.
• Service must be used in compliance with all applicable Canadian laws.
• You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

4. Service Modifications

6. Payments and Bookings

6.1 Cancellation Policy

Standard Vehicles (Sedans, SUVs, and similar)

• Cancellation Notice: Minimum 24 hours
• Charges: Within 24 hours, may incur fees
• No-Show: Full fare charged if the driver is dispatched or no prior notice is given
• Rescheduling: Contact at least 24 hours in advance

Specialty Vehicles (Sprinter Vans, Party Buses, Limousines, Mini Coaches)

• Cancellation Notice: Minimum 7 days
• Charges: Cancellations within 7 days may incur up to 100% of the booking cost
• No-Show: Full fare charged
• Rescheduling: At least 7 days prior, subject to availability
• Refunds: Processed per applicable cancellation window

6.2 Wait Time and Charges Policy

Domestic Flights: 30-minute complimentary wait.
International Flights: 45-minute complimentary wait.
Hourly Waiting Charges: Standard vehicles billed per 15-30 min; specialty vehicles billed per full hour.

All wait times are monitored for accurate billing. Contact us to view current waiting charges for specific vehicles.

7. User Content

By submitting content on the Service, you grant NJ Limo and Party Buses Canada a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute content for operational and promotional purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

NJ Limo and Party Buses Canada does not guarantee the accuracy of website content. Use of the Service is at your own risk. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Drivers and vehicles, including third-party operators, are required to carry valid commercial insurance. Passengers are encouraged to verify coverage before travel. Safety and comfort remain our highest priority.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes will be interpreted in accordance with Canadian law.
